After intensive years of the karate training I started with the aikido training in Dresden in 1996. Since 2008 I exercise in Zurich with Kurt Bartholet.
Important teachers these have influenced me strongly are: Jean-Luc Subileau, Philippe Orban, Philippe Goutard and Christian Tissier.

In addition, I practise a sword form with the name ‘Kashima-Shin Ryu’ in connection with aikido and have contact to the Shiseikan Dojo in Tokyo.
Practising the sword forms helps me to concentrate my mind on the essential and is the basis of many techniques in aikido for me.
